                                              Artist Statement

Tiles are made of clay, clay comes from the earth, they are mixed, rolled
out and cut to into perfect squares. I turn then back into organic shapes.
Shapes from the earth, flowers of life, spiritual forms.

For a long time now I have been creating tile art for other people. It can
be exhausting to give others my creative energy. These works are sacred to
me. They have been purely created for personal growth.  Traditionally,
Mandalas are employed to focus attention and establish a sacred
space. Sacred geometry. They can help us work toward wholeness in
personality and deeper levels of consciousness.

I hope you enjoy this reflection of me finding me.
